I don't feel like I'm getting quite the work out that DDR gave me, but it has lots of good things like stretching afterwards, focusing on breathing and better incorporation of the whole body. I don't know if it will be enough to offset my snail-like motabolism, but I think it's definately worht trying to stick with it. I should just supliment it with DDR on the off days... or at least think really hard about doing that.
I picked it up, with the camera (couldn't find it without), for $30 and I think it's got more than three exercises videos worth of content, so I'm pretty happy with the price.
