A note on stress  
When you take a lot of the stress out of your life, suddenly it only takes small things to add a lot of stress back in. It's not a pleasent thing, since the stress if disprotional to the item.

For me, if I take the stress out and recover, I am less perturbed by little things. If I haven't recovered yet, then the little things will be out of proportion.

This is *totally* how I work. I'm working on getting better at this, and I think I've made improvements, but whenever the average level of stress changes (and it doesn't matter if it's low->high or high->low), I get *more* stressed than normal.
