So I guess fujitsu isn't all that great, at least in their choice of service people. I'ts been three weeks since I sent my laptop to "techFusion.com Where Data is Never Lost" but you paper work is. Week one was burnt because they lost my paper work. Week two was burnt because "it's a very difficult problem to figure out what's wrong, even though we've seen this problem before." and week three was "we ordered a part." Week four will be "your motherboard has been back ordered from fujitsu."
