that helpless feeling

never EVER use techfusion, if you have any choice at all. They are morons who won't even own up to their own mistakes.

I'm still trying to decide what this does to my opinion of fujitsu. Possibly I'll reserve that until after I've complained about tech fusion to fujitsu.

For its worth, I have a very negative opinion of fujitsu for everything except COBOL compilers.

Not really, I thought I'd foudn a laptop company that made what I wanted (affordable light weight laptops) that didn't suck.
