The future is now...
My eggs have an expiry date laser etched into the shell.

May I recommend farm fresh eggs from one of the places in Davis?

(KickAss, and that pasta place whose name I forget.)

No way I want to go back to the '50s.
My farm fresh eggs come in organic, hormone free, free range, and pasteurized. I can get hormone free and free range but not free range and pasteurized and organic seems to be randomly applied. All of them are etched. I think that is a wonderful innovation. No more egg swapping to avoid expiry of Best Before dates, and we really do get to know where they come from.

Yes the future is now and I love it.

Where do you get the pasteurized eggs?
